Accessible year-round and located 54 nautical miles from the junction of the Saguenay and the St. Lawrence Rivers, Saguenay Port provides import/export services for the entire Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region.

It specializes in handling forest products, general cargo and bulk commodities, and can accommodate vessels with a deadweight of over 100,000 tonnes.

The Grande-Anse terminal is connected by road to the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region’s main industrial centres.
