The Port of Portneuf is located on the north shore of the St. Lawrence River, some 65 km upstream from Québec City.

It has 85 metres of berth space and a water depth of 10.7 metres. Quebec Port Terminals’ main activity is the unloading of ships carrying gypsum.

The port is accessible 12 months a year, with the occasional help of an icebreaker.
