Mr. Picard is a seasoned financial executive known for his thoroughness, collaborative leadership style, and vision. He plays a highly strategic role, working to support the growth of the company while performing in-depth analyses of financial and tax implications and implementing optimal ITs for all QSL activities. Before joining QSL in 2015, Mr. Picard was a Partner at PwC, in charge of corporate advisory and restructuring services as well as pre-loan and pre-acquisition due diligence.
