Mr. Mosher heads all aspects of marine and terminal operations in the US. He joined QSL in 2007 to head a fledgling operation in Chicago and managed to drive its growth by focusing on the site’s intermodality and unique, strategic geographic position. Today, his leadership and operational knowledge enable him to head the geographic expansion of stevedoring services related to marine and rail transportation in the Gulf of Mexico.
