Grande-Anse

Located 54 nautical miles from the junction of the Saguenay and St. Lawrence Rivers, the port of Saguenay is accessible year-round and specializes in handling breakbulk and bulk cargo. It can host vessels with over 100,000 tonnes of deadweight (DWT).

The intermodal terminal adjacent to the port facilities connects the port to the Quebec rail network, fostering domestic and international trade and making the Grande-Anse terminal an import-export hub for the entire Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region.
