The Anse au Foulon terminal has been in operation since the 1930s. In that time, it has helped solidify the commercial potential of numerous Québec products through its innovations. It is now fully equipped to handle dry bulk, steel and general cargo and to supply mining companies located in the Canadian Arctic.

QSL’s recent developments reflect its strategic priorities (natural bulk, covered handling and low-carbon transport) and the needs of its clients and include biomass silos, an inside storage area with 29,999 ft² (2,787 m²) of climate-controlled space, facilities for weighing, sampling and cleaning grain, and covered conveyor systems for certain types of crops that require careful handling, such as corn and soybeans.

This deepwater terminal is accessible year-round. It is linked to the CN Railway and the Québec Gatineau Railway (QGRY) and connects to a number of major North American highways.
