Considered one of the most important ports on the Prince Edward Island, the terminal offers four docking stations and can accommodate vessels up to 738 ft (225 m) in length. The Port of Summerside’s infrastructures make it a strategic link for the import and export of a variety of commodities. A 53,820 ft² (5,000 m²) heated warehouse and a sanitizing area for palletized cargoes are part of the facility’s advantages.
