Mr. Brisebois leads the digital strategy and technological evolution of QSL. He oversees a multidisciplinary IT organization spanning infrastructure, user support, business intelligence, and innovation. With a modern, value-driven approach, he drives the company’s technology transformation, ensuring resilient operations, strong governance, and strategic alignment between technology and business priorities.

Before joining the company, he worked extensively in systems development and business intelligence across the oil and gas, insurance, manufacturing, and retail sectors, supporting both public organizations and private enterprises ranging from mid-sized to multinational. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Science.
