With nearly 30 years of experience in finance and management within public and private multinational companies operating in the entertainment and technology, media, mining, and manufacturing sectors, Mr. Lavoie leads QSL’s financial operations.

Recognized for his rigor, vision, and analytical mindset, he has a proven track record in financial planning, structuring and executing strategic acquisitions, and international corporate financing. He plays a strategic role at QSL by supporting growth while conducting in-depth analyses of financial and tax impacts, with a focus on optimizing operational performance.

Mr. Lavoie holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Université Laval and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
