Mr. Bellisle has over 30 years of experience in the steel and maritime industries over the course of which he has developed in-depth knowledge of operations, marketing, and logistics. He stands out for his ability to mobilize and rally his teams towards achieving ambitious growth objectives, all within a perspective of sustainable development and respect for all stakeholders. Mr. Bellisle has also participated in the United Nations Global Compact and Accenture study on sustainable development.

In addition to representing QSL in numerous philanthropic activities, he is a member of the board of directors of the Centre of Expertise in Port Logistics. Under his leadership, QSL has been recognized for its sound governance, corporate culture, and entrepreneurial successes. Before joining QSL in 2016, he served as Chief Executive Officer of ArcelorMittal Long Carbon Central America.
