Located at the mouth of the Calumet River, near Interstate 90 and the Skyway Toll Bridge, the Iroquois Landing terminal has 3,000 ft (914 m) of ship and barge berthing space with a water depth of 27 ft (8.3 m), offering bonded and FTZ storage (Subzone 22Y) inside and outside. The indoor storage capacities include 247,500 ft2 (22,993 m2), distributed between three warehouses and six portable storage structures, all linked to the Norfolk Southern Rail and serviced by the Chicago South Shore Railroad, connecting to all Class 1 railroads.
Additionally, a rail transloading warehouse of 30,000 ft2 (2,787 m2), serviced by the Canadian National Railway, includes a 25 MT gantry crane, with 50 acres (202,343 m2) of available outdoor storage and with 150 acres (607,028 m2) currently in development. On-site equipment consists of two 220 MT shore cranes to handle various cargos from barge, marine vessel, rail and truck.
