Mr. Becerra oversees the management of our operational activities in the Great Lakes region, including our Ontario terminals, as well as those in Chicago and Ogdensburg. Since his arrival at QSL in February 2023, he has played a leadership role in our strategic initiatives. He has 25 years of experience in the Marine and Agribusiness industries, having held executive positions with key players in Canada over the last 15 years. Mr. Becerra holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from St. Louis University, a post-MBA degree from McGill University, and a Graduate degree in Information Technology from ESAN.
