Mr. Gaudreau has been leading the QSL legal department for more than 30 years. His extensive knowledge of the laws governing stevedoring and maritime transportation make him a key strategic adviser where legal matters are concerned. Among other areas, he is involved in mergers, business acquisitions and sales, financing, real estate law, intellectual property and trademarks, damage insurance, the environment, litigation, and business development.
