Recognized for her leadership, team spirit and hands-on approach, Ms. Rousseau provides effective guidance to ensure that human resource practices are aligned with and contribute to QSL’s values by ensuring a purpose-driven workplace and encouraging our employees to engage and make a difference. Ms. Rousseau has more than 30 years of leadership experience in human resources, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an M.Sc. in management, and holds the CHRP title.
