Quebec’s Minister Responsible for Canadian Relations and the Canadian Francophonie, Sonia LeBel, and the Minister Responsible for La Francophonie in the Government of New Brunswick, Glen Savoie, are pleased to announce that the award has been given, for Quebec, to the company QSL and, for New Brunswick, to Transmed.
