A step closer to sustainable and safe excellence

We are proud to announce that three new terminals in our network have recently obtained their ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) certifications.

Among them, our Chicago terminal becomes the first QSL site to be certified in the United States, marking a significant milestone in our process. The Grande-Anse and Bécancour terminals also join the circle of certified sites, bringing the total number of our sites complying with these demanding standards to eight.

Chicago: QSL’s first certification in the United States

The ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications for our Chicago terminal represent much more than mere recognition. It is a milestone that reflects our drive to take our vision of sustainable development and health and safety beyond Canadian borders, and our ambition to become a North American leader.

Grande-Anse and Bécancour: Two new sites of excellence

The Grande-Anse and Bécancour terminals also add an important dimension to our certification process. With their integration, QSL strengthens its offer of certified sites along the strategic St. Lawrence Seaway corridor. This means we can guarantee our customers more reliable, environmentally friendly logistics solutions, while contributing to the sustainable economic development of the regions we serve.

An ongoing certification process

With eight sites now certified, our ambition doesn’t stop there. Our goal is to certify all our terminals, integrating best practices in environmental management and workplace safety. This ongoing process is designed to bring our entire network up to the highest industry standards.
